Structural Systems: The foundation consists of a slab-on-grade with shallow spread footings at columns and continuous strip footings below the panels. There is only one row of columns between exterior walls to allow for maximum warehouse flexibility, and 12 feet deep joist girders were designed for the long span roof support.
