Structural Systems: The super-structure was designed and constructed with steel truss framing and braced frames, and is clad with metal building panels. The foundation consists of a 12 inch thick slab-on-grade with deep, straight sided piers at each column. An existing slab-on-grade at the site was incorporated into the design to minimize the demolition and to maximize the efficiency of the design.
